Following the CB300F's price revision, Honda 2W India has launched the 2023 CB200X at Rs. 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated 184.4cc engine now meets BS6 P2 emission standards and is OBD II-compatible. Colour options include the new Decent Blue Metallic, Pearl Nightstar Black, and Sports Red. The CB200X is an ADV-styled commuter that draws design inspiration from the CB500X ADV.
The sharp fairing, knuckle guard-mounted LED turn indicators, full LED headlights, and gold-finished USD telescopic front forks give the 2023 Honda CB200X a rich and premium look. Although it shares the engine and platform with the Hornet 2.0, the CB200X gets extensive upgrades that give it a unique character of its own.

The CB200X's handlebar is more upright than the Hornet 2.0's, providing a more relaxed riding position. The bikini fairing with its impressive windshield should offer decent wind protection at high speeds. Knuckle guards are also a welcome addition that the Hornet 2.0 lacks.
The 2023 model gets all-new, bolder graphics than its predecessor and its agile diamond frame, USD telescopic front forks and rear mono-shock break setup give it impressive handling characteristics. The main update to the 2023 CB200X is the engine, which now meets BS6 P2 emission standards and is OBD-II-compliant.
Honda equips the CB200X with petal disc brakes at both ends and single-channel ABS for safety. A slip-assist clutch reduces clutch lever effort and wheel hop when downshifting. The fully digital instrument cluster is modern and has adjustable brightness, but there is no Bluetooth connectivity.
The new Honda CB200X could have been more affordable, especially considering the price cut for the CB300F. At Rs. 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom), the CB200X is also more expensive than the Hero Xpulse 200 4V, a true-blue off-road machine with better performance.
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Managing Director, President & CEO Tsutsumu Otani said the launch of the 2023 CB200X, inspired by Honda's legendary CB legacy, marked a significant milestone.
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Director of Sales and Marketing Yogesh Mathur introduced the latest offering, the 2023 CB200X, with an OBD2-compliant engine, stylish graphics and a new assist and slipper clutch.
