Ankit Baiyanpuria gained new fame earlier this year when he launched the 75 Hard Challenge to improve his mental toughness and self-discipline.
Baiyanpuria said that he created the challenge to help himself become more disciplined and to challenge himself both physically and mentally. On Sunday, they participated in the 'Shramdaan for Cleanliness' program as part of the 'Swachhata Hi Seva' campaign.
Baiyanpuria's workouts often incorporate traditional Indian exercises such as gadas (mace exercises), malkhamb (pole gymnastics), and kalaripayattu (a martial art from Kerala).
