These include a new lifeline called "Super Sandook", which will allow contestants to get help from a panel of experts. The show also added a new lifeline called "Double Dip". This season of KBC introduces a new category of questions called "Desh Ka Sawal" to encourage increased viewer engagement.
In addition to the existing lifelines of Video Call a Friend and Audience Poll, the Fastest Finger First feature will also be included in this season. Amitabh Bachchan said in a statement that Kaun Banega Crorepati has always been informative, lucrative and grand.
Kaun Banega Crorepati is the authorized Hindi version of the game show Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? The highest prize money on the show was ₹7 crore in its seventh season in 2013. This amount was increased ₹7.5 crores for the 14th season, to celebrate India's 75th anniversary of independence.
