The mall will have a two-lakh sq ft LuLu Hypermarket and a multiplex with 1,400 seats. Yusuff Ali M A, the chairman and managing director of Lulu Group, will be at the opening.
This is the Lulu Group's first project in Telangana. It is part of the ₹500 crore investment that Lulu planned for the state.
The mall will have over 75 local and international brands, a five-screen multiplex, and a 20,000-ft entertainment zone called Funtura with 75 unique rides.
Lulu Group has 255 hypermarkets and 24 shopping malls in 22 countries. The company made this announcement after a meeting between Yusuff Ali M A, LuLu Group's chairman and managing director, and K T Rama Rao, Telangana's IT and Industries Minister.
The minister said that LuLu Group would invest in the Aqua Cluster in the Sircilla district.
